Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates as appointed Jardine Ong as its new training manager within the hotel's Human Resources team. With a career in human resources training and consultancy spanning seven years, Ong is expected to play an important role in fostering a healthy and productive employee culture as well as boosting effective performance within the organisation, a statement said. Ong moves to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from Azadea Group ‒ one of the leading retail franchise groups in the UAE ‒ where she served as a training manager since 2009.
Ong holds a Bachelors degree in science in Human Resource Development and several specialist trainer certifications including an internationally recognised DiSC Certification in Psychometric Behavioural Profiling.
