Star City - Chennai's first & largest Luxury Serviced Apartment Hotel Chain requires a smart House Keeping Supervisor for its flagship property at Bazullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. We are looking for a smart, talented House Keeping Supervisor with a friendly, professional, energetic personality and at least 4 years of experience to provide overall support and supervise our House keeping department and join us immediately. Primary Responsibilities Providing direction for all housekeeping and laundry activities for the hotel to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for both the guest rooms and public areas.
Overseeing the cleaning of guestrooms by the housekeeping staff and inspecting all rooms assigned to room attendants on a daily basis Ensuring that all standards and productivity levels are being met and maintained Training & motivating housekeeping staff members. Maintaining a regularly scheduled cleaning program with weekly schedules including supply and linen inventories. Ensure housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely, efficient, & friendly manner. Job Requirements Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred Must be able to work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projects Must be flexible in hours and days worked Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities Really thrive on multi-tasking and working in a team Has a 'Can Do, Will Do' positive attitude We offer a pleasant & safe working environment, a good package that rewards performance and consistent career growth.
