Key tasks At the Hotel level define The Organization Structure
Key Responcibilities Maintain a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of hotel standards, job descriptions, and procedures and oversee their implementation Ensure training needs analysis of hotel and that training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs Follow up Yearly formal performance appraisal in line with company guidelines Meet hiring needs of Hotel and set up succession planing. Follow up the salary levels and Produce a report twice a year. Ensures that Salary and packages in the hotel are in line with the Market Introducing the “CLIP” tool in hotel Comply with the Company’s Corporate Rules and implement it in the Hotel Support of HOD in Hotel making sure that legislation is strictly applied and Accor Rules are implemented + provide HR trainings if needed
