JOB DESCRIPTION Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers. Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies, estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service. Supervise operation to maximize profitability Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions Direct hiring,training and scheduling of food service personnel investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Comply with all health and safety regulations Review and monitor \, with book keeper or other financial personnel,expenditure to ensure that they conform to budget limitations. Work to improve persormance perform other duties as assigned by Manatement
JOB SPECIFICATIONS : Achievement of restaurant budgeted food sales Achievement of restaurant budgeted beverage sales Achievement of restaurant budged labour costs Achievement of restaurant budgeted profitability Achievement of restaurant budgeted entertainment costs Achievement of restaurant budgeted marketing costs Completion of Guest complaints on a timely basis Timely analysis of Catering Prices in relation to competition Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities Entertainment of potential and existing guests To assist menu planning and pricing Attendance & Participation in F&B meeting activities Attendance & Partification in F&B meetings, and department head meetings Development and maintenance of department manual Updating of maintaining department management system Must have a complete knowledge of fire procedure.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,75,000 P.A. We give all other social security benefits including free medical insurance,Incentives,PF benefits, ESIC Benefits, 6 days off in a month.
