Desired Candidate Profile Education: (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) Knowledge / Skills -Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Diploma / ITI with a minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in the Engineering & Maintenance function. -Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil and related equipment and working knowledge of all plant, equipment relevant for a hotel. -Thorough knowledge of energy & environment conservation techniques -Knowledge of Automated building management system, CMMS, fire alarm and sprinkler systems -Working knowledge of MS Office, MS projects and AutoCAD preferable -Knowledge of statutory compliances Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering Experience Progression through various positions in the Engineering department, and a minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in the Engineering & Maintenance function
