The Kay, a 3 star business boutique hotel was inaugurated in the city of Vijayawada on 30 January, 2012.
Speaking on the launch, its Managing Director K. Nagendra said the hotel was the right choice for businessmen and executives as it was closer to the airport and railway station compared to other hotels.
“The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from Vijayawada railway station and 12 km from the airport,” he said. The hotel features Orange, a 24-hour coffee shop, Purple Rain, a multi-cuisine restaurant, Black, a lounge bar, doctor-on-call, safe deposit locker, coffee and tea maker in rooms, health club and wi-fi. There are two banquet halls in the hotel - Orchid 1 and 2, which can accommodate 450 people. The hotel offers five categories of rooms - Standard, Deluxe , Executive and Superior. “We also offer the Presidential suite” Nagendra added.
