The largest hotel project is the Kempinski Chernomoritz Park Spa Hotel in Sotchi (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 9763) with 664 housing units. This building currently emerges in the Sotchi's prime location nearby the Black Sea. It will be completed by the end of 2013. Sotchi will host the Olympic Winter Games from 7th – 23rd February 2014.
The hotel resort comprises 200 guest rooms, seven villas, 21 park villas, 18 townhouses and 418 apartments. On an area covering 12 hectare, including a sandy beach, this top premium building complex will be characterized by a golden facade and surrounding subtropical gardens. Looking ahead of the Winter Olympics 2014, Sotchi has turned into one major hotel project. According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS some 30 hotel projects, including brands such as Capella, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson Blu and Sheraton, are currently under construction in due course of this event.
