Swiss International Hotels has signed an agreement with Rockwood Associates LLC to be its exclusive representative to develop and grow Swiss International Hotels in India and South Asia which includes the countries of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and the Maldives.

we have prepared the company and the brand for strategic expansion. It is our goal to create a global hotel company with hotels around the world which exemplify typical Swiss values and standards. We are proud to be associated with Rockwood Associates LLC.” Swiss International Hotels has two brands it will offer in India and Southern Asia, Swiss International Hotel, a 4-5 star upscale full service hotel and Spirit Hotels & Inns, by Swiss International a 3-star business hotel. Anupam Narayan, Chairman, Rockwood Associates LLC said, “We are very pleased to be associated with a quality brand like Swiss International and look forward to expanding its presence in India and Southern Asia. We will target new build hotels and conversions in primary, secondary and tertiary markets and seek hotel owners who believe in the well-known characteristics of quality, reliability and service associated with Swiss hospitality standards. We are also in preliminary discussions with some institutional funds and hotel chain owners to partner with us as we establish Swiss International Hotels in India.” Rockwood Associates LLC plans to establish a development and management office in New Delhi, India to serve hotels in India and the rest of Southern Asia. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts has been recently restructured to expand its business in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The Company is active in management, licensing and affiliation of hotels. Earlier in January, Swiss International announced its expansion into China where the first hotel is expected to open in April. Swiss International Hotels & Resorts currently has 30 hotels under contract in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
