English, French Desirable Essential requirements • Minimum 1 years previous experience in Food & Beverage within deluxe property hotels with at least six months in a similar position. • Experience of Micros – Opera. • Ability to priority different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills. • Food & Hygiene certificate and Health & Safety Awareness an advantage.
