•Coordinate with Operations Manager for menu & venue. •To ensure the highest standards of food is prepared in the kitchen, in terms of hygiene, taste & process according to the standards set by the Executive Chef. •To make sure that regular guest feedback is taken & to make sure that guest is informed & provided various food options. •To ensure all the reports are done with time deadline & sent further ahead, To make sure Recipe costing is done & Check the quantities & prices (in the food cost report) before the food cost
