Coordinating with Corporate HR to comply with centralised processes. Responsible for Manpower Planning and Budgeting across all verticals at unit level. A candidate will be responsible for overal Recruitment and well-organised On-boarding process. To ensure regularTraining & Developement sessions for employees as per departmental plans. Responsible for Induction and Orientation Program for new joinee and Hotel Operational Trainee. To be delegated with tasks of carrying out employee's promotion, administering employees resignation and clearance, final settlement and closure, opening bank accounts for employees, mainttaining leave records and attendance regularisation. Adhering to Compensation and Benefits policies and ensuring compliance with legal requirments. Responsible for providing Payroll inputs like attendance, leave status to Corporate Payroll Team Responsilbe for conducting Employee Engagement Programs on regular basis.
Complying with required Central and State Labour Laws Maintaining KRA of employees and monitoring Performance as per defined responsibilities. Responsilbe to handled employee grievances. Conducting CSR activities as per activity calender. Maintaining Employees Database safely to ensure confidentially. Responsible for maintaining deaprtmental Budget and Cost Management. Needs to prepare Management Reports on monthly basis. Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. Mobile Reimbursement + Execuitve Accomodation + Service Charges Industry: Travel, Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Railways Functional Area: HR / Administration, IR Role Category: HR/ Administration/ Facilities Role: HR Executive Keyskills: Required Executive or Senior Execuitve - HR for Resort Hospitality Desired Candidate Profile Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.B.A) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations) A candidate should willing to relocated to Gujarat. A candidate should posses relevant work experience in hospitality industry. Apart from that he must possess following skills; Relationship building skill Good presentation skill Good communications skill Should be polite enough to deal with people Should be multitasking and helpful nature
