United Spirits Limited (USL) has launched three variants of the Jura, single malt whisky in India. These three types include – Jura Origin, Jura Superstition and Diurach’s Own. The single malt whiskies won the Silver Best in Class award at the International Wine and Spirits Competition, 2011, according to a press release.
Jura Origin is a ten-year old, honey finish whisky.
It has flavours of caramel, soft liquorice and roasted coffee beans. Jura Superstition offers tastes of spice, honey, pine and peat with a whisper of smoke. Diurach’s Own is a 16-year old whisky, combined with dark chocolate, oranges, spices, sweet toffee and honey finish.
