With portfolio growth on an upward climb, The Hotel Group welcomes back Mike Butler as Director of Operations. The 26-year hospitality veteran previously served as a General Manager and Director of Operations, overseeing THG hotels across the country. Butler began his hospitality career in 1985 as General Manager of several select-service hotels. He has also spearheaded the operations efforts for several hotels in Utah, California, Colorado and Alaska, where THG has a large presence. He received his BA from Millersville University and his MBA from Rutgers. He is based in THG's operations offices in Franklin, Tennessee, and resides in Nashville. The Hotel Group is a nationally recognized Top 40 hotel company that currently manages and/or owns 25 properties representing 10 brands across 10 states. With 28 years of successful hotel ownership and management experience, the company consistently succeeds in turning around underperforming properties and making them market leaders.
