Optimus Hotels Private Limited has opened its first restaurant - Crossroads 92 in India in Mumbai. Nigel DSouza, Manager, Crossroads 92, said, "It has been a dream for people in Borivali and North Mumbai to have an outlet that could give them an experience of food, music and beverage. Crossroads 92 now will give the desire of what has long awaited for the people who live in and around the vicinity." With its name inspired by the very location of the restaurant, in Borivali, Crossroads 92 offers a variety of cuisines and flavours. Specialities include House Spice Potatoes, Cottage Cheese Parcels, Grilled Cottage Cheese with Cream Leeks, to name a few. An array of mocktails includes Colibri, Blue Paradise, Virgin Pinacolada, etc. The restaurant is designed with fusion art. The glass walls allow a street view, brightening up the restaurant with daylight.
