Bengaluru-based hospitality firm, Orange Tomato Pvt Ltd has introduced four F&B brands – Shitakke, Twenty.21, Oval Bar and Binge in the city. Orange Tomato Pvt Ltd is the brain child of Gilbert Soman, Shibu Thomas and Suhani Mehta, who are also the directors of the company.
With an investment of three crores, the company plans to add three restaurants in India in the next one year and also expects to expand its F&B outlets in other cities. Shibu, Director, Orange Tomato Pvt Ltd, added, "Fine dining culture in India is on a rise but what we are consciously trying to incorporate is relaxed fine dining where ambience, authentic food and décor plays a very important role." Shitakke offers Oriental cuisine while Twenty.21 offers European or Mediterranean food. Binge portrays a lounging experience, and is suitable to conduct small private luncheon or a birthday party. On the other hand, Oval Bar offers Continental food and an array of cocktails.
