Good communication skill and command of English and Malayalam is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be an added qualification. He will directly report to Managing Director. He is responsible for all the daily activities of the Hotel. He should be capable to lead and coordinate a group of professional Head of Departments, Executives and Staff. Ability to introduce latest marketing strategies and to develop the business of Hotel will be his major task. He should maintain good customer relationship. Should be conversant in all procedures dealing with F & B service and menu planning .
