Pullman Gurgaon Central Park has appointed Michael W Schauss as the Executive Chef. In his current position, Schauss is responsible for food innovation at the property, and with a career spanning over 32 years, he brings with him a vast and valuable knowledge of food and beverage experiences from many countries across the world.His previous assignments included Kempinski Hotels in Dalian and Amman; Swissôtel Grand Efes, Izmir; Shangri-La Hotels and Resortsl; and the Semiramis Intercontinental, Cairo. Graduated as Master of Culinary Art in Germany and Master in Hotel Management from Cornell University, USA, he has held a number of food & beverage positions in the past, his last assignment being with Kempinski Hotels as Director of Food and Beverage.
