R The Spa’s stringent adherence to global quality standards have been attributed to the spa earning this recognition.
Subodh Kant Sahai, Minister for Toursim, Govt of India awarded the accreditation to Ramesh Kapur, Chairman & MD, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi at a special function on June 20, 2012. "It is a moment of pride for us to have received the prestigious NABH recognition," Kapur said on the occasion. "We feel honoured and proud to become the first hotel spa in the country to have been bestowed upon with this certification," he added.
NABH is a constituent of Quality Council of India (QCI), an autonomous, non-profit organization set up by the Government of India and the Indian industry in 1997 for running a national accreditation programme in the country.Source
