You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Place International's Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Department in support of all other Departments in the Hotel.
Assists the Stewarding Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory. Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented. Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented. Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. Works closely with other Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - BHM - Hotel Management, Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - PG Diploma - Any Specialization) Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
