Le Méridien Kochi has been adjudged the Best Five Star Deluxe Hotel at the Kerala State Tourism Awards 2010-2011. The award was received by Rajesh Madan, General Manager, Le Méridien Kochi at the recently held award ceremony at Trivandrum, in which Oommen Chandy, Chief Minister, Government of Kerala was the chief guest. Le Méridien Kochi, managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. received the award consistently for the past three years. "Winning this prestigious award consistently is the recognition of the highest standards of service and legitimate hospitality that our team constantly delivers to our guests and is truly rewarding," said Madan. This year the hotel was also recognised at the National Tourism Awards for the Best Hotel based Five Star Convention Hotel. "It is the holistic effort, commitment and hard work of all our associates that leveraged Le Meridien to achieve these prestigious awards both at State and National levels," added Madan.
