Pune Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre has appointed Nishanth Vishwanath as the Director of Food and Beverage. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the property, and was a part of the hotel’s pre-opening team in 2010. In this capacity, he will be responsible for all the food and beverage operations at the hotel, which include three restaurants, a bar, a lounge, a nightclub and meeting and banquet spaces that span 40,000 square feet. In a career that spans over a decade with Marriott International, Vishwanath started as a Food and Beverage Associate at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel in 2001. Over the next nine years at this hotel, he acquired hands-on experience in multiple facets of food and beverage operations. Vishwanath has graduated from the Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration, Mangalore in the year 2000.
