The Westin Mumbai Garden City has appointed Rahul Dhavale as the Executive Sous Chef. He has over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. Dhavale’s prior assignments included Executive Chef at Kookie Jar Foods Private Limited,Steakhouse Chef at Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami and Sous Chef at The Oberoi. Rahul has completed his IHM and PG Diploma in Kitchen Management from Oberoi Center for Learning and Development.
