Best Western International has announced the opening of a RM280m (US$90m, EUR71.5m, £56.6m) hotel in Kuala Lumpur - the chain's first property in the Malaysian capital. The 364-bedroom hotel - the Best Western Premier Dua Sentral - is located in the city's new business hub and is operated by the Trinidad Group of Companies. AmanahRaya Hartanah owns the property, which includes a 221sq m (2,379sq ft) Bhuvana Spa with four treatment rooms - one for couples and three single guests. A steam bath is also among the facilities at the Best Western-operated spa, which will offer an extensive range of treatments using Dermalogica and OPI products. Best Western Premier Dua Sentral forms part of the chain's Malaysian expansion strategy, which will see 11 Best Western-branded properties operating in the country by 2015. |
