•A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, gained through completion of an Apprenticeship.
•Exceptional personal presentation standards
•Attention to detail •Previous experience in a Commis/Demi/Chef de Partie role - preferable in a hotel environment
•Flexibility in regards to your work availability KEY TASKS Are you passionate and proud about your food? Then we want you to join our Kitchen brigade. Depending on your level of experience we are looking for a Commis Chef, Demi Chef and Chef de Partie.
You will assist the Sous Chef in supervising apprentice chefs, cooks and stewards to ensure that food standards are maintained according to established recipes and standards.
