Hi Friends, I am looking for a Leader to handle our upcoming high end Office Complex in New Delhi. This role includes evolving the concept further, overseeing the Design and Project Management efforts, creating the business plan, conceptualizing a Sales and Marketing Strategy, bringing in partner operators/tenants to operate all Hospitality components, handle liaising and regulatory matters, creating an operational team, handling all matters with the developer etc to mention a few.
