Hospitality Training Institute’s (HTI) all-India team recently held five-day internal training workshop, themed ‘Growing Together’, at VITS Hotel, Mumbai. The meet focussed on developing consistent training methodologies and programs to consolidate HTI’s position as India’s largest hospitality training organisation.
“Delivering standardised hospitality training programs across India that is customised to meet clients’ needs and expectations is our aim,” said Dominic Costabir, Director, HTI.
HTI, incidentally, is the preferred ‘Outsourced Training Department’ of many restaurants and hotel groups across India like Spaghetti Kitchen, Copper Chimney, Noodle Bar, Mainland China, Oberoi Airport Services, Ginger Hotels and Vithal Kamat Restaurants among others.
Elucidating the need for HTI’s internal training workshop, Vikas Vijayan, Head Trainer, HTI, explained, “HTI’s phenomenal growth is due to our stress on consistently training our team to ensure that our trainers in all parts of India deliver the programs in a standardised manner. This emphasis on standardised training and delivery guarantees our clients, that run chains, that their staff will deliver standardised product and services across India.”
