Manage day to day operations of the Front Office department -> Ensure compliance with the set policies, procedures, and standards -> Interact with the guest to ensure guest satisfaction -> Monitor the expenses to achieve the budgeted financials -> Supervise and manage employees, maintain an open relationship with them -> Conduct periodic departmental meetings and communicate the goals, budgets etc -> Identify the departmental needs and conduct periodic trainings and evaluate them on a regular basis -> Solicit feedback from the employees and address concerns, grievances if any
