DoubleTree by Hilton today announced the opening of a newly renovated, upscale, full-service hotel in Mexico City, just a few miles from the heart of Zocalo, the city's center. The 96-room DoubleTree by Hilton Mexico City Airportis minutes from the Benito Juarez Mexico City Airport (MEX). The DoubleTree by Hilton Mexico City formerly was an independent hotel and is owned and operated by Operadora de Hoteles y Restaurantes ITER, S.A. de C.V under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide.

Renovations to the DoubleTree by Hilton Mexico City Airport are ongoing and include guest rooms and baths and the hotel's fitness center.
