As Development Director, Yalin Yaltirakli will be responsible for growing the distrib
ution of IHG's hotel brands in Turkey, focusing on opportunities for Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hotel Indigo. Prior to joining IHG, Yaltirakli was the business development manager of a Turkish and Qatari joint venture that ow ned a $US3billion real estate development pipeline in Istanbul.
In this role, Yaltirakli managed business plan development with third party investment consultants, hotel franchisers and international sales agents. He worked closely with the CFO and reported to the Board. Yaltirakli previously also held the position of Project Development Coordinator at Sinpas Inc., the largest real estate investment trust in Turkey.
