Job Description
Require Sales executives, Assistant sales managers for the Delhi Location only.
* Candidate should be having Hotel experience.
* Targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to for new business.
* Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
* Assist the General Manager in the development of Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
* Responsible for achieving objectives established in the Organization's Strategic Plan.
* Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
* To maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients.
* Maintain close contacts within the neighboring hospitality sectors, with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associates, etc, to capture business
* Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, Hotel Management, Management) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
*Min. of 0-4 years Hotel Sales Experience.
* Degree / Diploma Holder from a hospitality management institute.
* Strong interpersonal skills - both oral and written communication - English.
* Customer service orientated.
* Self-motivated and resulted oriented.
* Excellent presentation skills & time management skills.
