General Manager of F & B
As a in-charge of all F&B outlets, the F&B Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum profits, customer services and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, and operational leadership required to achieve Groups operating goals
Plan, organize, and control all activities of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation businesses
Direct, guide, supervise and evaluate the performance of individuals and departments which contribute to the overall achievement of the Group in both short-term and long-term goals
Update the Management monthly on business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions
Direct the effective utilization and administration of the personnel, financial information, and physical resources to meet the Group’s goals.
Monitor the Group’s business performance against budget to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action, if necessary is taken.
Build a result-driven organizational culture with a foundation of honesty and integrity.

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements
A Bachelor Degree or above in Hotel & Catering Management or related business field
At least 8 years relevant experience of which 5 years at managerial level, preferably in F&B & hotel industry
Management experience in group of catering outlets is a must
A hands-on team leader for conceptionalization and implementation
Able to work under pressure & independently with a positive attitude
Creative and attentive to details
Immediate available is HIGHLY preferred
