2.Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
3. Coordinate with F&B manager .
4.Organise,staffing & leading the restaurant team.

Education:(UG - Any Graduate, Graduation Not Required, Diploma - Hotel Management, BHM - Hotel Management) OR (PG - Post Graduation Not Required, Any PG Course)
Should have adequate knowledge of F& B.
Should have knowledge of mocktails,cocktails & bar.
Should be able to take briefing & train service staff.
Should have good experience in reputed Hotel and multicuisine restaurant.
Knowledge of IDS software.
