Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
- Perform the financial accounting, support, and related analysis through the coordination of accounting and finance functions.
- Perform daily oversight or analysis of transactional accounting.
- GL Review: Ensure General ledger for the club is analyzed to make sure that the invoices hit in right account/product, accruals have been correctly posted where required, prepaid have been expensed off correctly and there are no duplicate entries in the accounts.
- Expense Review - Some of the major expense accounts are reviewed in detail by making separate spreadsheets.
- Responsible for month end activities. (Accruals, re classifications, amortizations and True Up entries).
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Prepare monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and associated journal entries.
- Profit and Loss Analysis: Trend Analysis, Variance analysis, Flow Through Analysis, POR Analysis, PAR Analysis, % of Total Revenue Statistics, Margins.

Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Finance) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or similar, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
- minimum 6 years (in the same position) progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position, including experience in hotel / restaurant accounting and/or supporting hotels in a corporate accounting environment.
