Mosaic Hotels, Noida, recently unveiled its restaurant, Latitude, in a new version, offering authentic Indian delicacies. Speaking on the relaunch, Rohit Naithani, Vice President, Tux Hospitality Pvt Ltd, said, “The journey comes after the understanding that today’s guest is a world traveller and a mature foodie, after having the taste of the world cuisines at different countries,
he is eager to try out the untested specialties of India. This has inspired the restaurant to concentrate and deliver the specialties of Indian cuisine with perfection.” Mosaic Hotels is a brand of Tux Hospitality.
Latitude will initially remain open only in the evening from 7 pm to 11.30 pm on all days except Tuesday. Priced at about Rs 1,500 a meal for two, the menu will offer ‘The Latitude Classic’, which will include a variety of authentic Indian dishes.
