With 65 academic staff drawing from 19 countries, the School offers programmes at levels ranging from PhD to Higher Diploma, and is currently a member of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation Knowledge Network. It was recipient of the McCool Breakthrough Award in 2012 from the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education, the world’s largest organization of hospitality and tourism educators.
