Worldhotels affiliate, One World Hotel Petaling Jaya, Malaysia has been voted the world’s Best International Convention Hotel at the International Hotel Awards 2012 in London. The International Hotel Awards recognises hospitality excellence focusing on services, sustainability, high accommodation standards, ergonomics,
originality and creativity.
Roland Jegge, Executive Vice President Asia Pacific, Worldhotels, termed the victory as a “remarkable, historic achievement”, not only for One World Hotel Petaling Jaya, but also for Worldhotels and the entire hotel industry in Asia. “It recognises that our region has reached the pinnacle of global hospitality,” he said.
