Prior to his recent arrival in Singapore, Watkins was at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, where he was Director of Sales and Marketing since 2010. Previous stints in the company included two years in Four Seasons Resort Whistler in British Columbia and four years at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco.

passion for the hospitality industry started in high school. This subsequently led to more than two decades of assignments spanning valet parking, housekeeping, front office and food and beverage departments in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Canada and California.
