Courtyard Pune City Centre has appointed Shubhendu Kadam as the Executive Chef. Kadam brings with him 16 years of experience in the hospitality domain with a flexible approach towards work and excellent organisational skills. He has varied experience in Asian cuisine, Tapanayaki cuisine, Western banquets, fine dining and specialty seafood restaurants.
Before joining Courtyard Pune City Centre, Kadam was the pre-opening Executive Chef at Radisson Blu, Goa where he was responsible for creating contemporary menus and setting the benchmark for the quality of products offered.
