DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR has appointed Rachid Choukki as Chef de Cuisine of Casablanca, the Moroccan speciality restaurant.
Choukki will be responsible for food production at Casablanca and will report to the Executive Chef.
He joins DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon from Atlantic Palace Agadir, Morocco, where he held the position of Sous Chef. Prior to that, he was associated with Hotel Mazagan Beach Resort EL Jadida Morocco, The Club, Abu Dhabi, and Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa, Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai, among other hotels and resorts.
