ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- a desire to progress with a career in the hospitality industry
- previous customer service experience with a proven willingness to go the extra mile in order to exceed guest expectations
- strong computer skills (previous experience with Opera PMS an advantage)
- be reliable and punctual
- professional personal presentation
- a welcoming and friendly manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- flexibility to work varied hours including evening shifts and weekends over a 7 day basis and be comfortable with split shifts when required
