Mr. Firmansyah started his career in the hotel industry as Housekeeping Attendant, working his way up through the positions of Senior Front Desk Attendant, Income Auditor, Front Office Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Front Office & E-commerce Manager.
He has worked in a number of locations throughout Indonesia and has broad experience in hotel Operational Management, Financial Management and Personnel Management.
He is a recipient of the Certificate of Excellent Service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
