Job Description
Strong focus on operations, guest service and food and beverage quality.
Well-versed with budgets and financials, as well as excellent operational knowledge in the F and B and ensure compliance to procedures and standards.
Strong ability in generating revenue, through promotions and sales and ensure daily budget and cost control are monitored.
Define all the required Key Performance Indicators critical to the operation and ensure that a mechanism is established to track, monitor and review.
Analyze budget for the outlet.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
Min. 3 years of experience in F & B Operations.
Luxury Hotel experience would be an asset
Previous experience in opening a hotel in Mumbai or India would be an asset
Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written communication English and Hindi
