ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel.
- Knowledge in hospitality operating systems: Micros/Opera/Fidelio.
- Dubai experience is a must.
- Works well under pressure.
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and the national language, a 3rd language will be a plus.

Ensuring effective F&B cost control systems and procedures are developed, maintained and adhered by respective departments to support an accurate & effective cost control environment.
