Job Description
The Orchid - An Ecotel Hotel in Mumbai is Asia's first certified eco-friendly five-star hotel with 372- keys.
Responsible for Ensuring & maintaining profitability.
Lead the entire Team for spearheading overall operations of the Hotel inclusive of Strategic Planning, Budgets & MIS, SOP, Event Management, Training and Administration.
Heading the Hotel ensuring Service Standards & Values.
Guiding the sales team and tracking Guest Satisfaction Index.
Conducting internal audits to ensure maximize productivity in all functional and administrative areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - BHM - Hotel Management) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
* Experience in managing the inventory over 150 rooms.
* A keen planner & strategist of achieving Revenue, Profit & Business growth.
* Decision makers, customer focused and performance driven attitude.
* Extensive experience in developing procedures, service standards.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, management skills with demonstrated abilities in driving motivated teams in achieving organizational goals.
