Job Description
Responsible to provide efficient, personalized and courteous service to the guests in restaurant in order to ensure maximum guest Satisfaction.
Attend to all telephone calls.
Atltend briefing
Receive all the guests and lead them to their reserved table/ suitable tables.
Handout the menu card to every guests and inform the captain / Steward of the station.
Take orders from guests when required.
Assist guest in case of telephone calls or in giving required hotel information.
Go to guests and enquired whether the meal is to their satisfaction.
Wish every guest leaving the restaurant and invite them to come again
Record the names and number of guests patronizing the restaurant in the daily cover register
Coordinate restaurant staff for operational efficiency.
Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
