The Hotel und Gast Wien is the only Austrian Spring trade fair for hoteliers, restaurants, cafes and large scale catering operations. The show will be accompanied by two expert conferences. These conferences will add extra professional know-how (Congress for Austrian Gastronomy and the 1st Austrian Symposium for large scale catering operations) Further there will be an extensive framework program like ÖGZ Gala,
Leaders of the Year award, etc. The show will be the only trade fair for gastronomy with main focus on night and bar gastronomy – working together with the Vienna bar community. Concluding – Hotel und Gast Wien will be organised by the most successful presenter of gastronomy trade fairs in Austria.
