Khandani Rajdhani, a chain of restaurants that serves Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine and the flagship brand of Mirah Hospitality, is planning to invest Rs 30 crore in the current financial year for expansion in India and overseas.
Meanwhile, it announced the launch of its 37th outlet in Chandigarh. The company is looking to increase to 50 outlets across India from 37 at present, besides opening new outlets in Dubai and Singapore.
Aji Nair, Vice-President, food and beverages division, Mirah Hospitality, said, As far as financials are concerned, in the last fiscal, Rajdhani's turnover was Rs 65 crore. In the current fiscal, we hope to touch Rs 85 crore." It already has outlet in Oman.
He added, "The number of outlets would touch 50 by the end of this fiscal year from 37 at present. We have aggressive expansion plans and are concentrating on tier-I and tier-II cities which include New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad,Chennai, Ludhiana and Amritsar in Punjab."
Rajdhani has restaurants in Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, etc.
