Job Description 1. To greet guests, develop guest recognition and retain their preferences.
2. Ensure all guest preferences are taken and actioned.
3. To take guest order and ensure proper execution of the same.
4. Supervise the operation for room service, food and beverage and other concerns of guests. Give designated direction, orders and tasks to workers

6. Thorough Knowledge of menu to aid up-selling.
