o Delivering a variety of professional, quality culinary training programs in accordance with the training materials and operational standards of the restaurant or company.
o Partnering with F&B team to support the culinary operation, assessing individual culinary skills, supporting training and development and readiness for the culinary environment.
o Fulfilling the duties of the Chef and Trainer position at any time when needed.
o Managing training program activities and training schedules of BOH.
o Certification and Training of BOH employees.
o Conducting Induction Training program.
o Creating Training Matrix and documentation of certifications.
o Conducting
On Job Training for New Store Openings and New Product Launches.
