Job Description 
Manage Guest Reservations, check-in guests upon their arrival and providing them excellent customer service to promote a positive first impression of the Hotel Standards. Responsible for the efficient, clean, safe and hygienic of all Front Office.

Desired Candidate Profile 
Education: (UG - BHM - Hotel Management) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) OR ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Should have Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality. Good understanding and strong knowledge of Customer Service Management, People Management, Client Servicing, Marketing, Crisis management and Problem resolution.
